Studio Rules & Professional Conduct
Equipment Integrity
All Flash Finder equipment must be operated with professional maturity. All lighting gear, grip kits, and modifiers should be returned to their default state and designated storage areas at the end of the session. Report any malfunctions immediately; do not attempt third-party repairs.
Cleanliness Standards
The studio must be left in the condition it was found. Please ensure all trash is removed and surfaces are wiped down if needed. A mandatory cleaning fee will be billed to the primary account if the space requires professional restoration after your departure.
Non-Smoking Policy
All Flash Finder facilities are strictly smoke-free. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any combustible substances. Smoking within 25 feet of the building entrance is also prohibited. Violators face immediate removal from the premises without refund.
Acoustic Control
Be respectful of the creative ecosystem. While studios are acoustically damp, high-decibel audio must be kept within reasonable thresholds to prevent interference with adjacent productions. Management reserves the right to set audio limits based on neighboring bookings.
Capacity & Safety
Do not exceed the maximum occupant limit specified for your studio. All guests, models, and staff must be registered via the booking portal or upon arrival. Over-capacity sessions may be paused until guests depart to maintain fire safety compliance.
Professional Ethics
Flash Finder Studios reserves the right to refuse service or terminate sessions for any behavior deemed unsafe, unprofessional, or disruptive to studio culture. Agreement to our Studio Policies is required at booking; chargebacks or disputes without prior resolution attempts are prohibited.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies
At Flash Finder Studios, we prioritize professional reliability and studio availability. Our policies are designed to ensure fair access to premium creative spaces for all creators in our community.
- Payments & Booking: All sessions are paid in full via Stripe at the time of reservation to secure your time.
- Cancellation: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the session start time.
- Rescheduling: Creators are entitled to one complimentary reschedule when requested 24 hours in advance.
- Refunds: No-shows or cancellations within the 24-hour window are strictly non-refundable.
- Disputes: By booking, you acknowledge our policies. Billing disputes or chargebacks without prior management consultation will result in restricted platform access.
